Great product easy to install and use.
Had a few problems with box cutting out but changed HDMI cable and now it works fine.

When we first set it up we were not on unlimited broadband, so we have just been using it plugged into our roof aerial. It was so easy to set up that way. Having read other reviews, we have not experienced any issues, we find it easy to read the tv...
We have not been able to get the volume to button to work, instead we have to use the volume button on the television, which is ok, but means you need 2 hand sets to manage all the controls.
