Terrible
Started playing up just as warranty expired. Will stop reponding to remote when channel surfing. Unit has to be turned off and on again to get remote to work. Unit ime alaso plays up and must be manually adjusted to show right time. Will never buy...

Keeps freezing and must be turned on and off, clock won't set automaticaaly must be manually adjusted.

Terrible
Overall the unit is rubbish I would NEVER buy Topfield (Bottomfield) again. There is no service, no help and and the unit is the most frustrating piece of electronics I have ever owned.
Good picture when it is actually stable!!!
No recording feature, freezes continually, EPG is terrible, clock hopeless, very sensitive to noise. DON'T buy one.

Bad
I'm not sure what the rest of Topfield's stuff is like, but I'm probably not going to risk the same again. I've had a lot of electrical/home theatre gear over the years and small issues are unavoidable, but this box was a dog.
I bought my STopfield TF7010HT for the brand name. It looks good. It sits on top of the telly for all to see. I didn't want no-name brand, but I didn't want to spend a lot. Should have, in hindsight.
Box started to continuously reboot after about two weeks and was sent away for a warranty job. Then there's the issue of the clock refusing to remain set....it has a mind of it's own. And yes, mine freezes on channels too. Can't change volume or...

Terrible
Nice picture but not worth the hassel. Can't change channels, can't get in touch with Topfield to complain. Stay away from them!!!
Picture ok.
After a while it decides to stick on one channel, can't change channels until I switch off and on again. Very frustrating. Don't try to get in touch with the Service Department - IMPOSSIBLE! I've sent emails (4) - no reply, tried to phone and left on...

Good
Not a bad budget set top box. Lacking the features found in other units at the higher end of the price scale. Sometimes freezes on a station and wont do anything else until it's turned off and back on again. Seems fairly robust so far. I'd recommend...
Great picture quality, fairly easy to set up, inexpensive unit.
Every now and again it freezes and I need to turn it off and back on again. I've had difficulty setting the time, soesn't matter what I set it to it seems to always return to 30 minutes ahead.

Excellent
Great value, has been working seamlessly since I installed it a few weeks ago. Certainly is an improvemnet on my Panasonic STD.
Easy to set up and esay to use. It has improved the picture after replcing my STD.
