Best Christmas present ever from my techie mate!
I didn't think TiVo service could get any better but TiVo Stream is an amazing product that adds a whole new dimension to viewing.
I can watch favorite programs and news on my IPad in any room in the house, on the patio or download them to watch anywhere else. I'm a news junkie who is now no longer tied to the sofa! Love the 30-second fast forward so I can skip commercials.

"Quality Video and Audio."
Much more responsive than the slingbox since it ties directly to the TiVo.
I mainly wanted to stream directly from my TiVo to my iPad and iPhone. TiVo Stream does this with absolutely great quality. It's a nice bonus to be able to transfer shows that I can take with me on the go. Excellent integration with the TiVo App.
Has to 'record' to watch a 'live' stream.
