Great steam output. Easy to refill. Heats up quickly. Idle timer is a plus.

None for me. It doesn't get as hot as some models, but I've never had a problem with it not being hot enough for the applications I use it for. It doesn't last forever, but at this price, that's not an issue.

I've had this iron for at least 2 maybe 3 years now and haven't had a single issue with it. Heats up quick, and I do like the auto power off feature.

does not last long, in less than 1 year of purchase the iron is not working, what a useless product and i paid 30$ for this thanks to newegg, the same iron walmart sells for cheap. I will never ever buy anything from newegg.

I've used a lot of steam irons and this iron is just fantastic. gets the job done just as well as more expensive units. Great steam and heat output. Best value iron and in my opinion best all around iron for personal use.

This is really a nice product, the steel plate is awsome and the auto off feature is really helpful if you forget to turn it off. Overall the product is excellent I got it for $ 18 bucks from walmart
