Works well to make hair more full and wavy without the same damage as using a curling iron. Note that, wife states, hair MUST be dry, not damp. This is stated in the instructions and if not followed, will not curl hair.

Bought this for my wife for her Birthday. So far, she likes it.

Not really a con, but like any product like this, it does take some practice to get the results you are looking for.

It does not work! I followed all the directions and it left my hair looking frizzy and partial wavy.

This product doesn't work for my wife. She has thick black hair and all she gets is wavy hair not curled. Normal curlers and curling irons both curl her hair just fine but these do not work.
