Very easy to use touch screen and menu design. Graphics and display are clear, sharp, easy to view and follow.

Help function is limited - really need to have read the user manual to make sense of the help function. If you dont directly follow the calculated route, it can take some time to recalculate the alternative route you are following.

I own one of these myself and find it light and compact and easy to use, therefore I bought one for my sister for Christmas.

There are no bad points to this product at all, it is user friendly and even a child could use it.
