Is a GPS

Very out of date maps, costs money to update maps, what a scam. Freezes all the time, has trouble keeping up with your position, and my first one I had to exchange cause it got stuck and refused to find the satellite to update my position. Avoid this...

Seems to work fairly well

Don't even try to access your "free upgrade." The web site takes you through a confusing, seemingly endless number of pages without a single reference to your "free upgrade." Lots of opportunities to buy upgrades
