Bought to replace which was the same as I had. My old one was stainless steel and this one is black which doesn't show finger marks the same. They have now put the crumb tray on the same side as the flex which is a pain but otherwise I am very happy...

I bought this toaster and as soon as I opened it I could tell that the slots were not long enough. You can only put your bread in vertically, which means about 1cm of the bread is not toasted!! Returned to store!
