The waterproof Tribit XSound Go delivers slightly more powerful audio output than other inexpensive Bluetooth speakers, which could make a difference in outdoor or noisy settings. Don't bother using it as a speakerphone, though.

Can this budget Bluetooth speaker match its five-star sibling?
Solid build and finish ; Well-integrated mids and lows
Dynamically flat presentation ; Bettered for detail and timing ; Misleading product information
Tribit’s XSound Go is a solid speaker, but it’s devoid of the dynamic expression that would allow us to truly recommend it

This budget Bluetooth speaker has no right to sound this good
Expansive sound ; Excellent battery life ; IPX7 water resistant
Sounds lean at max volume ; Mid-forward sound ; Charging takes a long time
The Tribit XSound Go punches way above its class, offering big sound in a small package. The speaker gets loud, has a decent amount of bass, and lasts all day. For the money, the XSound Go is an incredible value for those on a budget.

While its name makes you think of those lovable critters from Star Trek, the Tribit XSound Go distinguishes itself in a crowded field of generic mini Bluetooth speakers.
The Tribit XSound Go is a budget-priced Bluetooth speaker that sounds good for its size and price. It's attractively designed and is waterproof.
It has trouble with complicated tracks. There's some bass, just not a lot.
For an inexpensive Bluetooth speaker, the Tribit XSound Go is hard to beat.

The Tribit XFree Go headphones punch far above their weight, sonically: sadly, the controls locked up after an hour or so of sustained use.
Super low price ; Absolutely amazing sound for the price ; Qualcomm Bluetooth 5 chipset
Controls freeze after an hour or so of sustained use ; Tight fit on an average-sized head
If not for the lock-up issue, I would give Tribit more love for shipping such good-quality audio gear for such low prices (see my review). Here’s hoping the ultra-low price tag in this case isn’t simply a case of the company dumping defective inventory

The Tribit XSound Go is an attractive little speaker that is lightweight, portable and loud. The sound is evenly balanced between highs, mids and bass. That bass does lack some punch, but considering the size of this speaker the bass is not too bad.
Great sound on calls ; Easy to use ; Great battery life
Lacks bass response ; No next/prev control on speaker

Many people just want a Bluetooth speaker that sounds better than their phone's built-in speakers, that can follow them wherever they go, and it would be...
The is the least expensive waterproof speaker we've found. While the sound quality is slightly less than average, its low price and IPX7 waterproof rating make it an attractive option for those seeking a budget and water friendly speaker.

Great build, excellent sound, great price. Everything you could wish for in a speaker really.
