Stylus Photo R300M

 

Produces the highest-quality photos available for the price. Many extras including colour LCD screen, CD/DVD printing and card slots.

Photo printing is slow. Image quality not in same league as Epson's own R800. Direct printing technology often irrelevant.

Durable, high quality, uses little ink

 

I've had my R300 for years + I'm paying almost $150 parts+labor to have the rolling paper-grabber replaced because it's the first and only problem I've had and it still prints beautifully (when it takes the paper). I've probably printed 400,000 pages...

Perfect output, uses ink up according to USER'S settings (paper type, etc), extremely reliable.

Slow on the final draft. An 8X10 with optimal settings can take a whole minute.

Good idea, horribly executed.

 

I've had the displeasure of owning three of these and they all had the same problems. I bought the printer for one purpose and only one purpose, to print on CDs and DVDs. Each and every one of them had suffered from the same problems, they cannot do...

Prints nice color labels on CDs and DVDs.

Doesn't do much of anything without major user interaction.

Low cost,bulk ink compatible, beautiful photos, will print cd's, media-card reader, borderless photo.

Occasionally hangs, heavy paper feed problems, slow cd printing, wastes a lot of ink.

Epson Stylus Photo R300

 

R300 heb ik nu 4 jaar. Print zeer veel op zowel 185 gr alswel op 250gr. Fotografie is mijn hobby, en ik heb zo´n kleine 5000 foto´s A4/full color uitgeprint! Perfect. Als het het begeeft koop ik er weer een, als hij nog te krijgen is

Cartridges zijn duur, maar goede klonen zijn op de markt te koop voor minder dan de helft dan de originele casettes! Geeft snel aan dat de inkt op is, maar kan dan nog 10 A4 met gemak printen op glossy papier
