I only had the printer for a couple of days and the print quality was great.

The issue I had was I left a printed page sit in my car for a couple of hours in the southern California desert and the solid ink blend through the back of the page. Before purchasing I did contact Xerox to see if they had any issues with the solid ink...

NO documentation with printer. Downloaded driver and documentation from Xerox site. At this price, printer should come with documentation. Can't register printer with Xerox as it states the Serial Number is Invalid

I see that a lot of people are complaining about the high cost of repairs. Maybe they don't know about Xerox's Lifetime Free Repair Service? It's called "econcierge" service and if you buy your supplies from Xerox you never have to worry about a repair...

Must buy Genuine Xerox Supplies (No Compatibles) little more expensive, but the free service more than makes up for it.
