Have only had product for a short amount of time, but is working great and faster than our previous model.

I have this printer and a 7120. Both have awesome touch screens which are very easy to use. I wish all their printers had touch screens like this. I'm looking at getting a color mfp but the ones that have the touch screen are out of my price range :(.

This is a great MFP for use in a medium size workgroup or small office. It has just about everything you need and does a good job for under 10 users.
