This has been a solid printer/copier for us for the last 5 months. Upgraded from a nightmare of a Konica printer and couldn't be happier with this.

Gets the job done! Quality and efficiency may need further and more detailed analysis however (maybe for a graphics dependent business), but its excellent for the average office.
