Beware the hot/cold water hoses

 

The washer was delivered Dec 31, 2008 (Today Jan 3, 2009). So far the washing performance is fine, but it is still early to make a final judgement.Issue: I came home to find water on the floor on Wed Dec 31 after 3 washes (floor ...

Seems to wash fine.  Extra spin does remove additional water from heavy clothing.

Don't use the cheap hoses that come with the washer. Mine were short and defective.

VERY disappointed

 

I did a great deal of research before selecting this washer and dryer as a replacement for the set we have had for many years. We have had it for only three-and-a-half months, and it suddenly stopped working. The lights came on the control board, but...

Simple to operate. Steel tub. Extra large load size. Sleek, clean appearance. Top loading.

Unreliable. GE does not come to repair in timely manner. Parts needed not available.
