My washing machine was delivered to my house on the 20th April and broke the first time I tried to use it. Half an hour into a cycle the belt broke and the drum no longer span round. This has left me very disappointed and when I tried to book a service...

it has over 3 hr cycle on 60 degree wash, which is not necessary. The spin is not great on a quick wash.

Bad points are that 2 days after delivery and installation of the washing machine it created a fault and the drum would not spin, so overall Not happy at all

Last spin on the 30 deg wash is 14 minutes long which is probably a little excessive although saying that it lessens the drying time

Love the stylish look of the washing machine. Good cycle times from short (refresh) cycle to longer cycles. Very easy to use. Great to see time display.
