This is a great Blu-ray player, i love the apps it comes with. There are only a few things that I dislike, sometimes the Blu-ray freezes and I have to reset it. It would have been nice if you were able to download additional apps.

I got 2 refurbished models. Both were in excellent shape and worked without any issues. I love the features of this model as it gives you Netflix, Pandora, Facebook amongst others. I would definitely recommend this model, whether new or refurbished.
