It just works! Everything works like expected. The setup was very easy. It always connects up to my router with no problems even after replacing my wireless network with a new router. Buy it

It is a little slow starting, but you can change to a faster mode it you want to, but it uses a fan and more electricity. It isn't that big of a deal anyway

Plays blu rays, netflix, pandora, hulu, crackle, etc, no problem. It did a software upgrade over the WIFI a few days after I received it. Working great. Refurb is good as new (almost: see cons)

Being a refurb unit, it was already activated under someone else. A major failure by the factory doing the refurb, I think. If you go to Sony for support, you won't get any. Tried email and chat and they both told me I had to call a long distance...
