I bought this as a second display since it looked promising for text, my primary use of a second display. I found it far superior at playing HD video, and in fact is better in all other aspects than my primary display, which was considerably more...

Clear image, excellent blacks, very low glare, and easily adjustable L/R, U/D, and tilt

None for me. I sympathize with the person who received a dud, and extend my thanks for their warning to keep the box for awhile

Not compatible with Mac OS!

 

You should tell consumers that this is a Windows only monitor.

Probably a great monitor if you use Windows

Despite what the description says, this monitor will have a picture when connected to a Mac, but there is no way to use the screen rotation feature to view in portrait mode

Buyer Beware

 

Because of Newegg's policies, I will never shop with them again. If something goes wrong with a product, like what happened with this monitor, I expect the seller to stand behind making it right. Newegg doesn't do that and so, I would caution anyone...

This monitor has a nice variety of connections (DVI, HDMI, DP). It also has a extensive adjustability, including the ability to pivot the display. It seems like most monitors sold these days don't include as much adjustability as this monitor

There are many. This monitor died about two weeks after receiving it. It displayed screen ghosting issues for a few days, then it wouldn't "wake up" from low power mode unless it was power cycled. Lastly, it's display would do something I've never seen...
