Got here in 2 1/2 days . Ran right out of the box but I did then shut down and did a check for losse or other off items but didn't find any

Have to reload all my programs. Some don't like 64 bit but will run in 86 prog mode. This vdarned thig is fast I do a lot of graphics and it is about twice as fast rendering as my old one

Newegg gave me an RMA, paid return shipping, and has a good selection of other pc's

After reporting the problem on 9/23 I was not contacted until 9/28. Tech support reps do not speak english very clearly

I upgraded the psu to raidmax 530w and the graphics card to evga gtx460 super-clocked and now windows index is 7.5 across the board (after overclocking cpu 10%) ; Runs every game on highest settings with great fps, even crysis on everything maxed out...

GTS 220 & psu are just plain bad - but hey its a budget pc ; PSU may be able to handle some cards, so you may not have to upgrade the psu with a new video card but more than likely you will

Very price for what you're given, no extra garbage installed, very fast

The graphics card is not up to par for newer games. I know that it is 1GB but it's not good at all. I ordered a 5770 to go with it and now it runs all games on the highest settings. But if you're into games like WoW it should be fine
