Right from the start-up, everything worked great and continues to.

The mouse and keyboard that it comes with are fairly poor quality. But usually they are not necessary anyway.

Plugged it in, connected the peripherals, booted up and it was working. Win 8.1 identified everything and I had no problems.

Had some problem getting Win 10 to download so I had to get the ICO version. After that, Win 10 came right up and worked fine.

No real "Cons" for this desktop. Don't expect USB 3.0 or SATA 6 on the motherboard, but it does have PLENTY of USB 2.0 ports and excellent performance.
