I think something could be done to make it easier to compare 2 or more computers when an add is sent out. You could highlight 2 or more computers by number or letter, and see what the differences are. Makes it easier to see pros and cons for each...

This is our 3rd Dell computer. All are runnng and I am very pleased with them. I actually sent out an e-mail to 20 of my friends this morning telling them that the last dell computer has come back on sale again.

Optiplex GX330 is great

 

Great for any sized business or even home user. Business-class support is great. Superb case design with great cooling. Runs quiet.

Not super-stylish, but that really isnt a con.

Well, I sorta think it's in the middle of poor, and good.

Like the preformance on the machine,Excellent design, I would pretty much recommend this machine.

I don't like the Windows XP, because it has terrible speach tools.

Good PC

 

Overall, a good value.

PC booted right up with no problems. I have had no major issues with the hardware or software.

The USB ports on the monitor are a handy feature but mine seem to quit working occasionally.

Excellent Business Machine

 

We try to buy our machines as similar as we can for ease of maintenance, but the options change very frequently. These machines are ideal for business use!

Low on bloatware, easy to configure, fast shipment, easy to put into service. These machines operate very well, have had zero problems with these.

Price is still a little high, and configuration options change very fast.

I like the system but not the keyboard. You can not see the light to indicate the capital letter lock or the numerical lock. The light is too low. Also I am getting a memory error when I start the system, not sure why yet. Overall it appears to be a...

Bad hard disk

 

Do NOT use Samsung hard disk.

Easy RMA, I got the replacment hard disk within two days (under next business day warranty).

I purchased three computers and one came with defective hard disk (made by Samsung). This is the first time I received a brand new Defective system.

Reliable Home "Server"

 

Also had excellent response from Dell service (for all those refurbished laptops I have...). Service level was a big factor in choosing Dell for my main home network PC.

Excellent value for features included. I use it for very basic office / internet stuff but also as a backup "server" (use the 2nd HD as a dedicated back-up drive) for 3 other laptops. This works very well with MS Live One Care. Expandablity also nice...

None so far after 3 months.
