The product I received was in excellent condition brand new. working perfectly. well worth the cheap price I paid made a major saving.

None although some booklets or some freebees might of been nice, but NO bad points

simple to set up, plenty of connectors for extras, fast, looks good, built in card readers and all backed up with hp quality.

bit on the bulky side

Great spec for the money, has all the features I will need for family use for a few years to come. Lots of memory and room for further expansion / plug ins. Good connectivity / ports for using memory cards / sticks and a variety of USB plug ins....

Could have done with wifi as standard. User guide is on line, only came with quick start guide. Not a huge bind but needless to say, 3 months on I still haven't got round to downloading it so not used any of the less intuitive functions like TV yet.

veryfast and quiet with windows media centre a good all round med/high system

windows media centre doesnt reconise freeview add ons

computer is quick and the wireless keyboard and mouse are better to use

i did not know this as i bought it but it hade a graphics card allready in it so that was one good thing. and that it came with and wireless key bord and mouse was another.
