Great computer

 

Oh yeah, the Office small business software is a joke. It's an upgrade, the computer does not come with the regular version, so I was suckered into paying $239.00 for software that is useless to me. I have to purchase the full version elsewhere. Suckey...

Great computer, happy with the product. Not the service

BUT BEWARE!!! It comes with no disks, (Windows etc) and when I contact Newegg to ask where they are they just refer me to the manufacturer. She can't even answer a simple question. I guess if it ever crashes, I'm up a creek

Good PC for the money

 

About a month ago, NE was selling these for the same price and specs except with BT functionality and a BD reader in the second drive bay. It would have been nice if they kept those features in place, guess I should have bought one then.

Lots of bang for the buck, good processor, drives and convenience features that outweigh the stupid plastic covered case (seriously, I want to see my removable media drives, not a plastic trim) ; Reasonably good quality components, not much bloatware,...

Been a long time since I bought a new computer, but I was surprised at the out of box experience (and how much it has come to suck). No factory software discs? You have to burn your own. Just a tower, mouse, kybd, power cord and a pamphlet that passes...

I do not believe I would ever buy anything but HP computer products. I love them, they work really well and are very durable, which is very important if your kids use your computer.
