smart to look at good size ram and hard drive

cd tray a bit fragile can be a paine to open

thwe price was very attractive

i found out the front audio jacks where the wrong way round for the mic & headset

does everything we need it to do and fast!

we had a problem connecting to the internet so it needed to be installed again. The key board is rather cheap too.

poor response and location of dvd draw button.

Generally the computer look smart and works quite fast and smooth. I am quite happy with this PC.

I had problem in the preloaded Office software , keep showing set up error messages. I contact the service custom service and the person wasn't helpful at all and said in any case this software is only a trial so better from now to buy the original...

Fast & easy to use

No firewire port could realy do with one.

easy to setup and get going. machine was in "new" condition. the change from xp to vista was the hardest thing to get to grips with(and that did not take long) slightly dissapointed there was not an upgrade to windows 7 voucher as there would have been...

minimul paperwork but if you have had a computer or used one before it is a piece of cake to set up
