Very inexpensive, quiet running and speedy. Generally delighted with the purchase. I have had one experience with technical support, which was positive.

Only one, so far! The machine does not accept "sleep" mode. Tech support suggested reinstalling Windows, which I was apprehensive about doing in case it caused other problems. I have seen other comments saying this.

Unit does everything expected of it in all ways.

Bought 2 units one was returned to Zoostorm with a faulty DVD drive, It was returned in less than 48hrs working and tested. However fault should not have occurred at all.

It is the second one I have bought recently and it ticks all my boxes
