Dozens of Windows updates needed installing. Why hasn't the supplier installed them. Whilst installing it kept wanting to install Windows 10. Came with McAfee security software install which I did not ask far. Also had a load of other rubbish installed...

Quality and feel, looks stylish not too heavy, screen is nice and clear.

Mouse pad takes getting use to also windows 8 is way different from windows 7 but after a few hours its all good.

The Lap top had windows 8 64 bit on it, even though it runs fast and smooth, it is not very user friendly, its longwinded when navigating around the OS. Windows 7 64 Bit would of been a lot better. it would be nice if the Ethernet port and power...
