HP Pavilion 14-bk069sa 14" Laptop - White & Rose Gold

Feels and looks good, about half the weight of my last one. Slim and easy to carry in a backpack hand-luggage on trips. Good size to use on a train. White exterior means easy to find.

Inbuilt mouse pad is a little hard to click sometimes. But am getting used to it.

Lovely looking laptop, light and easy to carry.

The memory is poor. Can take ages to open new pages or tabs, switch between applications. Literally works better if you stick to one tab. It freezes a lot. The worrying thing is there is hardly any data on it so God knows how or if this will work if...

I love the colour of it and the speed of starting up and charging the laptop itself

The battery does go down quickly, and the performance can be quite laggy sometimes even when there’s only one application open
