This has been the best product for this office. It is quick, ready to use and makes quality ice that we all like. After seeing how easy it is to use, I am tempted to buy one for my mini bar at home, would be great for small gatherings.

Have only had it for a couple of weeks but operation is great. Was shipped fast to me and it makes ice every 13 to 15 minutes. My big freezer is full of bags of ice now for our next event. Bought it to use in my RV but it works so good that we use it...

Love it,but I got one a year ago and used it extensively but it quit 1 month after the warenty. I ordered a new one because it works so good when working. I hope I get a little more time out of this one. Still love it!
