I purchased the Salad Shooter as a gift for my wife,see says it's the best tool in the kitchen for the typeof cooking she does. it saves scraped knuckles,and is so much faster than a hand grater. EVERY TIME she uses it she thanks me all over again.

I am so happy with this! I only wish i would have bought one long ago. It is great for grating cheese, grating carrots for salads and stir fry. Slicing potatoes for chips. I love it. Makes slicing and grating veggies and fruits for meals so much faster...

I used my old one until it broke and then I found this one. I was totally excited! I bought it and it works better than the original one. It shreds a block of cheese in no time and works better than our meat slicer on the cheese...... Thanks

I had a Presto Salad Shooter about 40 years ago and used it til it wore out...Don't know why I didn't replace it with a new one..I loved that thing and I love this new one.

I have gone through 3 salad shooters in the past years. I love using one for grating cheese, cabbage for cold slaw or what ever I decide to make that needs grating or slicing. I use it on frozen butter when i need some thin slices or meats that I want...

This grates cheese very fast and easily which is the only thing I use it for. This does what a food processor does as far as shredding and slicing. Clean up is also easy.

I love how easy it is to use and clean up. My fav is when I grate cheese......FAST and I dont have to worry about cutting myself on a hand grater!
