Does the job well

Could bit a bit noisy ffom time to time, longer drying time (on average about 2 hours, less for synthetics)

None takes way too long to dry a load at a time.and Hoover couldn't care less

Avoid like the plague I'm never buying Hoover products again

If you have a big family and need to dry something quickly this is not the machine for you. If towels take 2 hours in a condenser dryer it will take 4-5 with a heat pump tumbler . Using less electric but twice as much time even then the clothes are damp

the eco system and the water contain is in the door, so easy to empty.

the timing on some of the setting are slightly out.

None it was the worst machine I have ever bought. The first one that was delivered didn’t work. Kept coming up with a E14 fault code. They delivered a replacement with did work but lasted all of 8 days before it to came up with the same E14 code and...

Avoid this machine. Even the engineer from Hoover that came to look at it said this particular machine was rubbish. We have now returned the machine and have bought an AEG which is excellent. Whatever you do don’t buy this machine as you will regret it.

One touch seems to be awaste of time and is technology for technology's sake?

New technology = no unnecessary heat loss into room therefore less condensation also saves money. Quiet. Love it!
