The door isn't easy to open,the water bottle is @ the very bottom of the machine & then you have to remove a cover every time you need do empty this. The button u press to switch the machine on is meant to work the first time you touch this. At times...

Changing the dryer because start button works when it feels like it, touch it in various ways maybe 7-8 times to start it, the same switch fitted to my washer which works great. Hoover want to repair it!! Only 7 days old so no way, Supplier very good...
