This ceiling light looked really nice in John Lewis and therefore we purchased one for our hallway, it looks really nice and even better with a candle flickering bulb, although the enclosed bulb is also nicely designed.

These light shades (we have 2 in our hall) are striking and look more expensive than they are. One hitch - there is a quality control issue. We have the 2 and they both have chips in the bottom end of the shade which can easily be seen. So frustrating...
