I bought this as the most cost effective way of buying just a Hive 2 Thermostat. All I needed to was replace the Hive 1 Thermostat on my system for a Hive 2 Thermostat as the receivers have not changed as I understand it from talking to the Hive...

Easy to control heating from app and from the thermostat. Thermostat is stylish and can be moved around if needed. This can be hooked up to IFTT to allow switching on/off based on location so gas is not wasted heating an empty home

Depending on your heating system wiring, it may be difficult to self install.
