cord retract does not work efficiently

It is very little, but my son seems to like it. Didn't know this but it lights up. It cycles colors.

I do NOT advise that anyone buy this product! The retractable cord kept jamming. The lights didn't work. My computer couldn't recognize the device and when I searched online for the software, the company doesn't exist anymore! I took it to my local...
