The Asus VivoTab Smart ME400C is aimed at the budget shopper who wants a full Windows 8 slate tablet, but it won't replace your laptop.

Relatively cheap. Multiple colors available. Windows 8. Decent battery life

This tablet

 

Tablet has a fare amount of ram. Very stable with the operating system. The price for this item is great especially for a 1.8 gig dual core.

The graphics car needs a driver up date badly. Not having a USB plug in is very inconvenient. Had to but a blue tooth key board and mouse to go with it.

Love it.

 

Processor seems zippy (not to be confused with fast). This is replacing my 7 year old laptop and so far I'm very happy. The battery last most of the day under heavy use and it is light as a feather

I had bought a transleeve but had to return it. I think the magnets in my Tab were installed wrong. I like Windows 8 just not there app browser. The one on the desktop is great
