Everyone complains of the batteries and yes 3 of 5 batteries they shipped were dead. But the point is to charge them overnight like every cordless phone says to do. Upon doing so miraculously all the batteries were just fine and hold charge as they...

Worthless Batteries

 

When it has a good battery it sounds clear. Answering machine easy to use

Don't expect the batteries to work even after initial charging of them. Plan on buying at least 3 or more batteries to get your 5 handsets working

did not bother returning it only to get more dead battries or did not try to get Uniden to replace it. i purchased 3 new battries. do a search on line you can get replacement batteries cheep!

lots of features. 5 hand sets

3 dead batteries. No hard copy manual had to download the manual from Uniden

No Problems

 

After all the negative reviews, I was hesitant to purchase, but so far, I'm thrilled. All the batteries appear to hold a charge, and all of the handsets worked. All I had to do is plug it in, charge the batteries, and then connect the phone line.

30 day warranty. Give me a break!

 

From the features I've seen in the manual it looks quite nice.

I've only had this one day so I can't comment yet. But in my experience, Uniden phones are outstanding in overall design, features and reliability

30 day warranty. This is a slap in the face! And NewEgg doesn't mention this in the description (AFAICS). This is the sole reason so far for my unacceptable rating ; I'd never had bought it if I'd known that

I was really excited about this system, it was a Christmas present. But eneded up very dissapointed.

Light weight phones great for all rooms in the house

Unable to complete setup. Followed troubleshhoting and even called manufactire for maybe a talk through was on hold for over 16 minutes. So I hung up and decided to just send phones back. Looking into buying brand new set instead. I feel it's probably...

Avoid buying this product. I should listen to others and Newegg should put this product as other people said

Looks nics and good features

came with one bad battery getting support is a nightmare after a moth another battery went bad again it end up cost more to buy a recertified

Nice system / bad battery

 

The only missing feature I've noticed is the ability for the base/recorder to automatically set the clock from caller-id. It appears the day/time has to be set manually.

Tons of features. I especially like the intercom/transfer and message retrieval from handsets. Handsets are nicely sized - compact but not tiny

Would've given 5 eggs but it came with one bad battery pack. Even if it's recertified it doesn't seem that hard to do a thorough battery test. It's not worth the time/effort/money to try to RMA this, especially if I might end up with more defective...
