the item I received was used

I really had a very bad experience with this order and New Egg was not willing to help me the way they should have. I don't think I WILL EVER ORDER FROM THEM OR THEIR SUPPLIERS AGAIN. Other online companies are much much better!

IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A GREAT PHONE, HAD i RECEIVED A NEW PRODUCTS AND NOT ONE THAT HAD BEEN USED AND DUMPED BY SOMEONE ELSE

No quality control or proper customer service. I was not really valued as a customer, especially thinking that this was my first experience and it would have lead to many more orders and recommendations

I would be censured if I shared my other thoughts on how I feel right now, without my new phone and out of the $221 I just spent on a piece of junk used phone.

LOVE IT

This phone offers so much bang for the buck!

Gorgeous screen, much faster than my old phones, dual sim, great call quality, 13mp back camera, thin for it's size, lovely speaker sound, doesn't come with a ton of bloatware, plus it's an UNLOCKED PHONE FOR $205

Kit Kat but that will be easily taken care of once TWRP or CWM develops a recovery for it and we can flash ROMs

I don't like the fact that newegg didn't give me my money back. it's my money and since I returned it. I should get my refund in cash.

Ample screen space, vivid colors. Pics and videos right there with Note 4. No lag with scrolling and it handles virtually everything I've put it through so far. Was in the market for larger phone but without huge price tag and BLU knocked it out of the...

Didn't recognize 64GB micro SD card. I wish there were more protective cases on the market
