Excellent expresso's (Illy coffee is one of the best). Simple to use. Milk foamer is very effective and makes for a lovely cappuccino. Looks very professional in the kitchen and is great talking point

The water tank is fiddly to remove/put back

Steam wand is rubbish takes a long time to heat milk ; I have used various jugs till froth spills over and the milk is still not hot ; When I do manage to get it hot enough the foam is bubbly rather than thick creamy foam ; I'm used to using coffee...
