This summer has not been the best for air conditioners but on the few occasions we have used it the results have been really good with cool air being well circulated

Humidifier is very effective.

Humidifier tank needs emptying at least once an hour which also stops the machine completely until emptied.

Controls easy to operate; no water trays to empty etc; compact and good styling; easy to move; fan is quite quiet and powerful when it's on fan only. When on AC it cools our 14' x 16' room by 2-3 degrees celcius within an hour.

Outlet pipe could be longer. It's difficult to get it to reach the waist-high window without bending it more than you're supposed to. Lot noisier than expected. Have to turn TV up loud and pretty much shout to be heard when it's on full. A conversation...

Quite loud. Needed to plumb it through the wall because I don't have sash windows.

Easy controls and cool air comes out at speed.

Quite noisy considering this is a quiet model. Cool air is ok but it's an air cooler cool air rather than the ice cold air you can get from a wall mounted air con unit.
