I order 4 different products only one was new the others where all in open packages and sold to me as new, same on you newegg

very nice product worked right out of the box

included remote does not allow full functionality to navigate some function and apps

Minix makes quality products

Received mine used, more than one. Scratches and even sd cards in 2 of them. Obviously not new as sold.
