For the price you can't beat it. Keep in mind the price and expect to get what you pay for. After using for a few days I would recommend it. Yes it came loaded with windows 10. Remember to by a micro sd card for storage.

It's light, fast, and cheap. Windows 10! It has a MicroSD slot. It also comes with a OTG Cable.

Like everyone else said, the main issue is the memory. There is simply not enough.

It's simple to use if you're familiar with Windows 10

Video playback is poor, and 16GB of drive space isn't enough, but for less then $60 not a bad buy for kids.
