LG Signature OLED77W7P W7 Series OLED TV review

LG's W7 Signature ‘Wallpaper' OLED delivers the TV we've always dreamed of.

Best picture quality available ; All HDR formats supported ; Stunning, sleek design ; Solid sound quality

Sound bar is large and required

The LG W7 Signature OLED TV is a remarkable achievement for LG, and a class-leading television. This is what a flagship TV should look like, and I gladly give it top marks for this review. I waffled a great deal between a 4.5- and 5-star rating – I...

LG Signature OLED65W7

The OLED65W7 is, quite simply, the most amazing looking TV I've ever seen. It's by far the thinnest TV ever made – a claim to fame reflected in its nickname: the "wallpaper TV". It's so thin that you can even bend and flex it a little without it breaking.

LG Signature OLED65W7P

LG's Signature OLEDW7P series of TVs let you hang a thin, bezel-free OLED right on your wall and pair it with a Dolby Atmos-capable soundbar for a striking entertainment experience with superlative picture quality.

Top-notch OLED picture with wide color gamut. Frame-less panel design is seriously eye-catching. Soundbar electronics enclosure with height channels for Dolby Atmos. Two remotes.

Prohibitively expensive. Two-piece design means wall-mounting is required.

The LG Signature W7P is remarkably expensive, even for an OLED TV, but if you can afford it, the striking style could be worth it. By completely separating the OLED panel from the rest of the TV's electronics, LG has produced an eye-catching floating...

LG OLED65W7 review

The LG OLED65W7 is a stunning TV, but that breathtaking design comes at a price...

Insightful picture ; Excellent black levels and punchy whites ; Solid upscaling ; Good motion handling

Sound lacks weight and refinement ; Limited Dolby Atmos support ; Price

An impressive 4K performer for those that can afford it

LG's amazing W7 ultrathin OLED is wall art that happens to be a TV

The LG W7 series TV strips television's form to the bare minimum but still delivers the world-beating picture quality of OLED.

LG Signature OLED W7 (OLED65W7) review

Thinner than we even thought possible

Insanely slim design ; Color, clarity and contrast ; Future-proof HDR ; Magnetic strip mounts

Flat TV cable mars appearance ; Motion issues with TruMotion ; Soundbar isn’t true Atmos

There’s a lot to like about LG’s new OLED. A super-slim design alone wouldn’t have been enough to warrant the extra cost to upgrade to LG’s latest panel. But the thin frame on top of a Dolby Atmos soundbar on top of four types of HDR support on top of...

LG Signature W7 Wallpaper OLED review

The new benchmark in TV design - and picture quality

Genuinely stunning design ; All-round fabulous picture performance ; Lovely to use ; Packed full of apps and features ; Sounds good by TV standards

But doesn't sound great compared to a proper soundbar ; Speaker section will be useless to some and is hard to hide ; You can get the same picture quality for a lot less money

Stunning design and stunning picture performance, but only the super-rich should even consider it

LG Signature OLED65W7P OLED Ultra HDTV Review

We could argue with the mandatory inclusion of an outboard soundbar, the lack of a stand-mount option, and a lower (but still perfectly satisfactory) peak brightness for HDR than the best of the LCD competition provides. But it's hard to imagine that...

Jaw-dropping black level and contrast; Wide viewing angle; Thin, thin, thin. And light

Expensive; Must be wall-mounted

LG 65W7 Ultra HD 4K OLED TV Preview

We preview LG's new flagship W7 Wallpaper Ultra HD 4K OLED TV with HDR 10, Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos and WebOS 3.5.

The LG W7 is certainly an eye-catching concept and the combination of their latest OLED panel with support for every version of HDR means that it should be able to deliver a picture to match its wallpaper design. Some may lament LG's decision to drop...
