I have sent an email requesting support from Mitsubishi on the headset issue. I've got my fingers crossed.

Keep the box for 1st 30days. If something was to happen you will need it to send it back. Have not tried the 3D yet. I went from RCA 52" to this 73" and can not believe the jump in quality.

Ordered this TV and was contacted by Paul's TV that they oversold this model. They shipped a newer model, WD73742, instead. This TV is awesome, replaces a 65" Mitsubishi 3D.
